Returns
We accept all returns in the first 30 days - regardless of condition
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or want a different pattern:
- Contact us within 30 days
- We’ll help you exchange your item
- Customer covers return shipping
Warranty
All covers include a 2-Year Replacement Warranty against:
- Tearing
- Fabric Material failure
- Foam is not covered
If your cover fails under normal use:
- We will replace it at no cost
- Return the cover without the foam
- We will replace it with the same pattern if possible. Otherwise, you can choose a new pattern
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us at support@ramp-ready-covers.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include a photo
- We will fix it immediately
Non-Returnable Items
- We accept all returns - regardless of condition
Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
